Fairy Houses

Over the holidays we made Fairy houses. They're made from old flower pots and other nic-nacs. We kept it a secret from Jennifer and then surprised her on her birthday.

Have you ever seen the movie Ratatouille? We didn't have that for dinner but I did have a little helper. . .

Guess what we found on our walk? Our Husky, Natasha, is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever known. But when it comes to chickens and deer, it's no more ms. nice dog. By the way, this was all we found. I have no idea what happened to the rest of this deer. Only in Elk Ridge:)

Natzilla

This is our awesome garden. The kids wanted one so bad, so here it is. It is small but productive. Zucchini, white flower squash we've never seen before, jalapenos, tomatoes, onions. Yup, enclosed so the deer won't get it.

Natasha, our dog, was a Russian princess before she was reincarnated as a dog. She's not sure which life is better.

Meet Natasha

Meet our new addition. She is such a sweet, gentle girl. She is Husky and German Shepard mix. We got her at the shelter through an owner release, if you can believe it. MUCH to our gain. We look forward to getting to know her. There are so many things we want to teach her and play with her. We already have BIG plans for her for the winter:) Mush, Tasha, Mush. . .

Scandanavian Days

Every year, over the Memorial Day weekend, our family heads down to Ephraim, Ut to the Scandanavian Days Festival. Geoff has played there with a blue grass band for over 12 years. It is now a family tradition. Great music, fun booths and the best Swedish meatballs in the world! Here is a photo of Geoff's main band, Lincoln Highway. We love, em:)
